Our Process

A modern conference room featuring a large wooden table surrounded by gray upholstered chairs. The ceiling has a sleek design with wooden panels and built-in LED lighting. A large wall-mounted television is visible, along with a dark blue cabinetry that holds decorative items. On the table, there are several documents and a picture frame lying next to each other, suggesting a collaborative or business setting. The room is well-lit and designed for meetings, with a clean and contemporary aesthetic.

1

Complimentary Consultation

The initial consultation will include discussion between the client and the Designer to review the scope of the project. This will include project goals, timelines, budget and design preferences. The Designer will discuss product offerings that would fit within the scope of work and budget.

A modern display showroom featuring multiple walls of samples showcasing various types of stone and tile materials. The stands are black and curved, with neatly arranged samples of different colors and patterns. The top section includes branding for "Emerstone" and "Cambria," indicating a focus on quality materials for interior design or remodeling. The floor is light wood, contributing to a stylish and contemporary aesthetic.

2

Initial Design

The Designer will use the basic dimensions you bring to the consultation to come up with a preliminary design unique to your project. This packet will include images to walk you
through the concept. The Designer will discuss suggested accessories and details such as mouldings and decorative accents. Revisions can be made based on your feedback.

A partially open white barn door with a black sliding track reveals a modern bathroom. The bathroom features light gray cabinets with silver handles, a marble countertop, and a stylish sink with elegant faucets. A tall flower arrangement adds a touch of decor, while soft lighting illuminates the space. The floor is tiled with large white tiles, enhancing the room's contemporary feel.

3

Final Design

Once you have chosen us as your cabinet supplier, the Designer will begin the process of finalizing your plan and may schedule a time to visit your project and confirm all necessary dimensions. You will then give your final approval and will sign all necessary documents. This documentation will list all final selections, accessories and decorative elements. You will receive a copy of the final packet.

A stylish kitchen featuring a large marble island with a farmhouse sink, brass faucet, and warm wood cabinetry. White upper cabinets with glass accents, a built-in refrigerator, and a sleek oven enhance the space. A brass pendant light hangs above the island, complementing the soft lighting and herringbone wood flooring.

4

Production

After the final approval, your project will move into the order stage and production. You will receive an estimated lead time for the order. Once the order is scheduled to come out of production, you will be given the final arrival date for the cabinetry.

Outstanding quality work and easy to work with. The Hellings team is excellent at what they do. Would 100% recommend them for new construction.
